Ever wondered how all photographs on Flickr looked if they were printed?

The Dutch artist Erik Kessels has decided to print out all photographs which were uploaded to Flickr in 24 hours.

The experiment resulted in mountains of images, which – as the author himself says – stand for the image overlad the Internet has faced us with.

By printing all the images uploaded in a 24-hour period, I visualise the feeling of drowning in representations of other peoples’ memories. – Erik Kessels.

The result can be admired at the Foam Museum in Amsterdam until the 7th of December.
