Now in its fourth year, The Terry O’Neill Award, has become one of the top international contemporary photographic Awards and we are pleased to announce that the short listed photographers will be exhibited at Hotshoe Gallery in London, and also published in a special feature in the Sunday Times “Spectrum” Magazine.
